How We're Trying to Help
We believe in nurturing personal well-being and the planet at the same time,
so sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.
Recyclable Materials
Our cards are made from safe, non-toxic, high-quality materials that can be recycled, so they won’t have to end up in a landfill when they're no longer wanted. Each pack of Helping Cards features the familiar three-arrow recycling symbol, to remind you that you can help close the loop by recycling the cards responsibly.
Local Production with Sustainability in Mind
We print and manufacture our cards in March, Cambridgeshire, not in China. Keeping production close to home reduces our carbon footprint while supporting the local economy. Embracing the 3 C's — Conservation, Community, and a Circular Economy — we can all play our part in moving towards a more sustainable and resilient future, where environmental and social responsibility go hand-in-hand.
Safe Packaging
We’re committed to keeping our packaging simple, sustainable, and recyclable. We avoid plastic whenever possible and use recyclable or biodegradable materials to ensure our packaging is as eco-friendly as the cards.
The inks, the paper and the card we use to make Helping Cards is actually edible! It won't taste very nice and we don't recommend it, but you're safe in the knowledge that even if someone doesn't know any better and starts licking or eating the cards, nothing bad is going to happen. We even tested the packs by holding them in the flame of a match. After five full seconds, they didn't burn.
A Shared Responsibility:
Every parent wants to give their children a future full of opportunity. That starts with protecting the environment and the planet where they live. By choosing Helping Cards, you're not only providing your child with a fun, educational tool to build resilience and engage with family life but also supporting sustainable practices that help care for the planet they will have to live on. Together, we can make a difference. One card at a time.
Thank-you for helping us build a happier, more sustainable future for everyone.
